Anthony graduated from\u00a0Providence College with a B.S.\u00a0(Bachelor of Science)\u00a0in marketing and has spent 21\u00a0years in the recruiting and staffing industry. He began his career with a $4.6 billion publicly traded specialized staffing firm and recruited and managed divisions which placed professionals in the accounting, finance, legal, IT, administrative and creative professionals.\u00a0Being from New England and then moving to the Southeast, along with placing professionals nationally has given Anthony a wholistic perspective as it pertains to what strategies work to secure employment and succeed in a career path.<\/p>\n

Along with his professional recruiting and career coaching experience, Anthony has been on the Advisory Board for The Academy of Finance at a large high school in the Atlanta area since 2010. It is here where he has applied the\u00a0techniques and approaches of executive recruiting to fit students and inspire a\u00a0different college experience for them.\u00a0Anthony is leading the way in professional coaching for college students and has a passion for assisting young professionals in \u201cSetting their career course\u201d!<\/p>\n

Vincenzo is attending Nichols College to obtain dual Bachelors\u2019 Degrees in Accounting and\u00a0<\/span>Marketing and thereafter<\/span>\u00a0will be\u00a0<\/span>continuing<\/span>\u00a0on<\/span>\u00a0to graduate school to earn his Master<\/span>s in Accounting and become a CPA. Through hard work, focus and determination, Vincenzo earns high academic marks and pla<\/span>ys division three l<\/span>acrosse for the Nichols Bison. He is a driven young professional who was a three-sport athlete in high school, worked in retail sales<\/span>,<\/span>\u00a0and volunteered at Massachusetts Eye and Ear in Boston. In the summer, he coaches youth lacrosse<\/span>\u00a0and spends time with his family in Cohasset, M<\/span>A<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vincenzo has played a key role in the development of The Career Management Platform and works closely with executives directors of Career Services in colleges and universities around the country. Alicia Ramsdell, CCSP, GCDF, MST, is the Vice President of College Relations and an Executive Coach for The Career Management Platform. In addition, she is the Founder and CEO of Mindful Career Path, elevating a client\u2019s professional brand through intentional career development plans.<\/p>\n

Alicia gained instrumental career development experience as a 15-year corporate industry professional. She co-led undergraduate students in their internship experience, participated in the hiring process of employees, and successfully completed business training courses, including Interviewing Skills, Business Writing, Employment Law and Effective Management Skills. While bringing her desire to work, she self-started an informal career development program for young professionals.<\/p>\n

Alicia combined her corporate experience with 4 years of higher education experience as an adjunct professor. She continues to be inspired by the career development curiosity of students as she creates workshops blending career interests and mindfulness, and volunteers in mock interviews and resume reviews at local universities.<\/p>\n

As a member of the National Career Development Association, Alicia\u2019s professional growth continues with her successful completion of the Facilitating Career Development Course.\u00a0 This course led to her attainment of nationally recognized career credentials \u2013 Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) and Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).<\/p>\n

Coinciding with her own daily meditation practice, Alicia brings a unique holistic approach to career coaching. She continues to expand her love and knowledge of mindfulness as a student of the Jon Kabat-Zinn created Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course through the UMass Medical – Center for Mindfulness.<\/p>\n
